everything works great, i just need to update the maps, there are certain streets and highways that's not in the garmin, and sometimes the garmin just turns itself off and on. I found out that the garmin is real sensitive to heat and cold, so don't leave it in the car overnight unless you have a garage, in the hot days take it off and leave it in the glove box when not in use. it works beautifully if you take care of it.

Picked this up as an upgrade to an older Garmin. Only fault... Bluetooth phone calls are said to be hard to hear by people called.

As an insurance Agent that works by appointment only being able to find the addresses quick is important. Know the time to the destination is also a big help being able to plan my day and make my appointments on time is very important to me. This Garmin does the job better than I ever expected.

This is my 3rd GPS but 2nd Garmin. I like the ease of the Garmin's. I enjoyed the MSN traffic too bad its going to cease operation late 2010 or early 2011 I forgot exactly when. The wide screen is a plus. Bluetooth is great. However I had problems with two NEW units. I wish they could've sent me a refurb for the replacement I think the kinks would've been worked out then. When I would use the BT after I would hang up the Navi's voice would sound as if it was underwater or would not connect at all. Both units had this problem but the 2nd not as much. Both did freeze alot! This is not good especially if you are driving and you could miss that next turn. Other than that its a great product. I love Amazon for being patient with the exchange and the return. I would still buy a Garmin. But I'll stick to refurbs.
